We strive to send your order within 2 workdays. Orders are shipped from The Netherlands and we ship to the EU. We don't offer worldwide shipping yet. Please send an email to info@floriedecoration.com, if you have any inquiries about shipping opportunities to your country.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Returns
We strive to deliver you the best possible products. If, however, you are not completely happy with an item, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. The item(s) you return must be unused. Florie has the right to refuse returned articles if they're not returned in brand new condition.
